About Amanda Adomaitis

Amanda originally studied literature and that love of character and story has continued to inform her work across varied disciplines ever since. With a career originating in fashion design, she has gone on to specialize in print and graphic design, creating textile artwork for some of the biggest names in fashion. Amanda has worked both in her hometown of Los Angeles and in London where she studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design as well as at the London College of Fashion. It was at LCF where she obtained her MA in Fashion Design and Technology.

Above all, Amanda loves to create beautiful artwork that enhance and enrich the lives of the people who wear it. She is driven by a desire not only to make a stunning product but help to fully realize the aesthetic vision and financial potential of each company that she works at. She specializes in building teams, defining and maintaining brand identity, and managing disparate levels of artists.

Currently, Amanda is a Senior Print Designer at Nordstrom - owning print direction and execution for their Modern Classic Womenswear and Accessories teams. She has overseen products across Apparel, Soft Accessories, Sleepwear, Home, Men’s and Active in her time there for all customer segments and ages.

Amanda is also a ceramic artist whose work has been shown at the Los Angeles Art Fair as well as galleries including 19 Karen Gallery (Australia), La Luz de Jesus (Los Angeles), Copro Gallery (Los Angeles), and Mortal Machine Gallery (New Orleans).
